We have increased IT security in our offices by locking access to desktop computers and laptops outside of regular business hours.

Our lines or the premises where our lines are stored are all locked with access controlled by persons in authority for each department concerned.

Each of the company's locations is equipped with industry-leading surveillance cameras and alarm systems.

High-density nighttime lighting allows passersby and law enforcement to view our outdoor courtyards.

PRIVACY INCIDENT LOG.

We have established a Personal Information Privacy Incident Log. This log will be a repository for potential unwanted privacy incidents. It will include unauthorized access to personal information (PI), unauthorized use of PI by law, unauthorized disclosure of PI by law, loss of PI, or any other breach of PI protection.

This register will contain, among other things, the following elements:

What personal information is affected by the incident?
What were the circumstances of the incident?
What date did the incident take place?
When did the company become aware of the incident?
How many people are affected by the incident?
Is there a risk of serious harm?
What measures have been taken following the incident?
Information concerning serious harm such as: damage to reputation, damage to credit file, identity theft, financial or employment loss.
